Worst hair store in Mabelton! Very nasty and overpriced came in and tried to exchange for something I never used and the man gave me a smart remark saying I couldn’t cus it was unsealed chemical when I never opens it his workers did and then tried to tell me it was used! Definitely won’t be shopping here again

If you are planning to purchase larger sizes or two of the same ponytails at the same time be sure to take additional ponytails (differing sizes) to the register and have them opened so you can compare. They don’t allow exchanges on ponytails (even with receipt) but are clearly putting smaller sizes and/or different curl patterned ponytails in the same packaging. I just recommend checking before purchasing to make sure you’re getting the size you’re paying for.

The store has everything you need however, my custom service experience with Venisha was yucky. I can’t stand for anyone to watch me like a hawk, be on the phone once I get to the register, and not hand me my bag or say thank you at the end of checkout. If you can give me your undivided attention while I walk through the crowded isles searching my for my needed items then I would like the same amount of attention once I make it to the register. Leaving my bag on the counter and not acknowledging that the transaction is complete is distasteful. For that I won’t be back. It’s ok to watch because I know how some people do but to be rude and I’m spending my money is a negative.

This is my favorite beauty supply store. The owner Song is so sweet. All the staff and associates are the same. I been coming here for 15 years. If he does not have what you want , he will attempt to order it for you. Reasonably priced.

Buyer beware, they are thieves. I put 2 items on the counter and requested 1 item from behind the counter. I later discovered there were five items in my bag for which I had been charged. Apparently, when I requested the item behind the counter, the clerk saw it as an opportunity to put a small bag containing two additional items inside my larger bag and then put the receipt inside the bag. I only discovered the items the next day and realized I'd been actually charged. This was cleverly orchestrated. There is a no refund policy at this store and I can't prove a darn thing, but that was officially my last visit there. I hope the $7 was worth it.
