The lady there was very rude to me. Since i came in a casual dress from home to get a wig. But off course i had to try before. She was letting everyone try that head cover thing without any charge but to me she charged me for that which are free for others. She followed me and asked the counter to charge me for that. She never even mentioned before putting it on. A racist person and very disrespectful. I got the wig but she made me pay for the trial head cover first. I hate this shop. Not recommended and im not going there again ever.

Synthetic hair is 32.33 plus tax synthetic hair shouldn’t never be that high .. this store sucks and it’s too high

Been here a handful of times. I hate the beauty supply by my house because they watch me like im going to steal or something. Ive vowed to not shop at such establishments because they want black folks money but dont want to treat us right smh. So anyways, that hasn’t been my experience here. I dont know how helpful they actually are and I wash looking for a good crochet with a different color, I didn't find any colors i was looking for, just the basics.It was a pleasant shopping experience though.

I’ve always had a great experience shopping here. The ladies and the guy were always helpful and friendly with me. Great product and environment 😄

Ladies in the shop were highly rude to me and another customer. apparently their card reader wasn’t working so when i come to the register to get a comb and a hair oil the lady sees me take out my wallet and takes all the products i brought to her, under the register and said “no read? Read sign, no credit/debit” so i wasn’t that irritated at that moment and said fine, “ill see if i have cash in the car”. i come back and she wouldn’t even show me the products i wanted to check out with unless i showed her i had the cash… long story short alot of prejudice actions were preformed that made me never wanting to shop here again and I encourage alot of other people to not shop here either
