I love it, the owner and the cashiers are really nice and its convenient

i’ve shopped here on multiple occasions over the years with no issues until today. I bought a drawstring ponytail last night (20 minutes before closing) and returned to the store at lunch to see if i’d be able to exchange or return since their store policy on the receipt only states, “ we only accept braid hair returns or exchanges within seven days with a receipt we don’t accept returns or exchanges any sale items and wigs”. Upon arrival, the cashier repeatedly says (dry and snappy) we don’t do returns or exchanges only on braiding hair. The $13 isn’t my issue, but it was the attitude I received and the lack of consideration as a business owner that was very off putting and distasteful so i’ll no longer be shopping here!

This was my first time coming to this store. I went to the desk to ask for help and both ladies looked at me and kept talking like I wasn't there. I said excuse me and then one lady half turned around and said "yes". The other lady still looking like she had an attitude. If I wasn't in bad need of the items I really needed I would have walked out and not spend a dime in there. You can rest assured I will never step foot back in that place. If I could give a zero rating I would have. Nasty attitude people and the prices are freaking ridiculous.

Will never return to this store. As a black woman, I’m used to the poor treatment that generally accompanies these types of establishments. However, my child (12) was casually looking at makeup products while I searched for a loc gel and I hear the cashier yelling at her. And don’t get me started on the RIDICULOUS prices. Their KISS press on nails are upwards of 15$!!! They’re literally 8$ or less at Target. This is a shameless way to milk money out of the Black community. They do not deserve our coin.

This is a -2 minus rating!!!! The lady repeatedly told me the price before she would let me aee the item I requested. I know how money I have 😠 Her attitude changed when I made my purchases. Never coming back here again. I don't recommend anyone else spending money here either 😔.
