Shopping around with my sister and my one year-old nephew continue to be followed around the store purchase items. Owner came running up to me asking about something that we sat down and continue to have conversation with me getting loud with me so I decided to refund my purchases, he has since been five days and I have not received my refund. No one answers the telephone or anything I do not suggest anyone or any person of (Color) to shop here.

This is the only beauty supply store that I go to out of all the beauty supply stores in Decatur, the owner is super nice to everyone never had any bad experience over the 7years I've been coming into his store. My kids adore him so much they be so happy to shop at the Beauty& More every month. Thank you Beauty &More for the love that you show to me and my daughters when we shop with you.

John and his wife are absolutely amazing! They were in a great business, and I absolutely love the fact that they remember their customers. There has never been a time that I’ve gone in there and felt unwelcome and this is something I don’t typically experience in beauty supply stores. And I see this is evident not, and just how they treat me, but how they treat everyone who walks through those doors! If there are any bad reviews in here, I’d be willing to bet that it started with that person and not the owners!!! I will continue to shop here until the day they close their doors.

This was my first visit to this location. I went in with a written list of items my niece suggested for my lace front wig maintenance, not knowing what some of the products were and where they were located in the store. I found a couple, and after walking around the store, I then asked the man at the counter where something else was located. He was extremely pleasant and offered to get the item for me, so I asked about a couple of other items, which he also retrieved for me. He could have just pointed me in the direction, but he didn't, and that was a huge surprise. I will be visiting this store again for future needs.

The owner is very nice, but I've come here over 3-5 times and they have been closed with a hospital note on the door. I understand how difficult it can be to juggle your business/ family, but if your note is honest... perhaps it's time to get more help in your store? I'm sure you've lost a lot of business because of it.
