This is sad considering I haven’t been here in a couple years, but the prices are outrageous. I came in for a pedicure and the breakdown for my thing is insane charging extra to remove gel polish for a pedicure already is an extra five dip is $15 extra and then I came in with a fill with my nails already shaped almond and I’m being slapped with an extra five dollar shape charge on top of adding nail art for $10 when it was a basic flower and a small French I expressed that there was bubbles on my pinky. He said you can’t see it and then put chrome on it but I was not told Chrome was extra and I got slapped with an extra $10. I have always loved coming to this salon. I’m a frequent customer and always walk out happy with the designs or color. Today however was a different experience. The guy that started my nails I LOVE. He’s very detailed and has always been kind - I asked for designs which he was not prepared to do (no biggie I know that’s not everyone’s thing). I’m not sure the man that stepped in if he was the manager or owner but he was SO RUDE! Every time I’m there he looks like he’s miserable and has terrible customer service. When he looked at the design he asked what color I wanted for the French tip - I was confused since it looked like a nude color. It started off great the shape was good and then the guys started to put The Polish on. The Polish doesn't go to the top of my nails or all the way to the sides. They already look grown out and I just got them done 2 hours ago. They're bubbly and uneven and I will not be coming back. This was my second time. The first time was great. This was not and I understand that there's extra charges for the shape but the shape was already there because it was a refill so I don't really understand that.

Today will be my last visit here. I’m normally a regular and have been coming to this nail salon for almost a year! I walked in at 9:34AM for a French pedicure. I came in with short nails but nail tech made them even shorter, applied the white French tip so thick it took up 3/4 of my nail. Politely asked to have them thinner. Normally they just take a brush and nail polish remover and remove the excess polish to make them thinner. Nail lady proceeds to file my already short nails even more to make the white line thinner. When I clarified I don’t want them shorter just the white line thinner she tells me she can’t do it without taking the whole thing off and redoing it. After being here an hour already I told her no just take it off if she can’t make them thinner. She DRILLS the polish off

Laura!!!!! I went to go and get my birthday nails and usually get Kimmy however, I had the pleasure of Laura doing my nails and she did absolutely amazing. She was so attentive, gentle, and patient. She was also a sweetie and talked me through all the steps. Highly recommended you ask for Laura next time you want a full set! ($80 for full set + cuticles + chrome, before tip)
