Beauty Nails

Refused to service me because I didn't want gel polish. Lady stated, "WE ONLY DO GEL..." Meanwhile, there is a wall of regular polish available and "Natural Manicure" is on the salon's offerings list. Additionally, she is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

unprofessional, smelt like cigarettes and the man doing the nails said they could do the style i asked for, then gave me a completely different color and style even after i said it’s the wrong color. the man kept going out for smoke breaks and he wasn’t wearing gloves, the nails were bulky and thick

I tried and I keep trying to support this shop because the lady used to get my eyebrows right but her attitude is so incredibly rude and unprofessional that I have made up my mind that I’m never spending any money here again. And no, she didn’t get my eyebrows together. When I noticed hairs that haven’t been waxed and asked her to get them she handed me the tweezers and told me to help her. I’m done. No thank you. Do better.

I received the BEST mani/pedi I’ve gotten ever since I moved to the DMV at this location. Mimi and her husband are lovely!

If I could give a 0 star, I would. Nasty! Smells like cigarettes. Asked the tech if he could wash his hands after he just came in from smoke break, he said No. literally no🤦🏾‍♀️ And he didn’t wear gloves. Other nail tech was eating while doing nails! I LEFT! Go somewhere else
