Beauty Nails

My daughter and her friend got their nails done here for a very special day on Saturday. The woman charger her more than what the sign states and told her to get a full set instead of a fill and color change( mind you she just got her nails done a week and half before). The nails these people did are horrible! I will never go back there. The acrylic is thick and then really thin is spots, she chopped the corner of the tips for some reason.

Went into beauty nail salon on new years eve, and asked for a set of acrylics, the sign said 38$ and they ended up charging me 60$. i asked for a small design of dots and was up charged 10$ for that, and then another 10$ for gel polish that i didnt ask for. the nail tech was not talkative at all and picked colors i said i didnt like. i went to tip her 5$ because i didnt not like the end result and she glared at me and said "thats all?" i apologized and handed her 15. she glared AGAIN and said "$5 more?" so i ended up tipping 20$ (total being 80$) . the desk also had lots of nail dust from the previous client. i mentioned during the session that the dust was bothering me, hoping she would get the hint but she did not. my thumb nail and pinky nail popped off 4 days after i got them. please d

Took advantage of my teenage daughter. Overpriced and nails started falling off after 4 days. Offered to have my daughter come in to fix each nail for an extra $5 per nail but doest make sense to pay even more for them to fall off in a few days. Not worth the time or money, AVOID

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!! Nail fungus alert! No wonder people said don’t come here! You can see the tools don’t get cleaned. The owner actually got upset when we politely asked her to change same dirty towel that she has on the table where customers place their hands day after day. The owner will curse you out thinking you can’t understand her and they do NOT do good work, and they will talk about you right to your face and laugh. They have absolutely NO respect for customers and they even said that they don’t care. We even made an appointment and the owner showed up 15min late and didn’t apologize and cursed at us when she walked in. Horrible and idiotic way for them to ruin their business and bad luck for them this new year.

Extremely rude. I walked-in and there were three techs- one had a client, one was on her phone, and the third woman barely approached me and said, “we are busy, so….” It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Didn’t offer an appt or to come back or anything. I wouldn’t have anyway, but dang!
