This is genuinely the best hair store I’ve went to yet. They have the prettiest nails, pretty good quality hair, and a lot of lip glosses. They also have African products that make the store even better

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years to restock on the cherry blossom lashes which have always been 10 for $10. I ALWAYS grab more than 10-20 lashes. I went today and the sign was clearly still up, grabbed 30 pairs and the cashier charged me regular and told me that the sale was not happening no more meanwhile the sign that clearly says 10 for $10 was still there.

Jordan is very helpful and has great customer service. They have a clean open floored store. I can find just about anything in there

I'm aware monroe is an old city considering I have lived around it my whole life. However, some areas like this desperately need a revitalization.

Absolutely NO Customer Service…I just left this establishment and I was never greeted when I walked in. I was never asked if I needed any assistance the lady stood at the register the entire time. There is no good selection of hair, there is no organization in finding hair. That coupled with no customer service makes it 10 times harder to find what you need.
