Good customer service and many products to choose from. The store also has clothing,jewelry, make up and nail care products. Easy parking.

Horrible service. Unwelcoming to Black people and they charge 5 dollars to try on a wig but can’t give any reason for why. When asked calmly why the exorbitant charge, they refused to give a reason and told us to leave.

A wide variety of lace fronts to choose from. Expensive but very nice. I took my mom for her birthday. U can try on 3 wigs for $5. She had a good time. They also had T-shirts, jackets, and other garments. Got mom a T-shirt 👕.

First and foremost, the selection of wigs and hair products is very nice and the store is kept tidy. They have a rewards program which sets them apart from other beauty supply stores and up until tonight I would have considered them to have good customer service with no apparent profiling. My experience tonight was unacceptable to say the least. I was minding my own business looking for a wig when an older lady employee approached me asking if I needed help. No problem. I told her I didn’t at the moment and that I was just looking. She said ok and then proceeded to go into detail about where she would be located in the store and that it’s a customer violation to touch the hair then spoke in a different language to a male employee. I assume she told him to watch me and not allow me to touch

I love this store. It’s my favorite beauty supply. The people are friendly and they have a public restroom for customers. I love that they don’t assume all people want to steal from them because we don’t. This store is great and I hope that it stays that way. Thanks beauty plaza. 😍
