I love this place — they’re like family to me. I also love that I get free items whenever I make big purchases or spend $100. I’ve been coming here for 14 years now! ❤️ They’re always respectful and greet you as soon as you walk through the door.

For what it's worth, this store has a good variety of what you need in there. They have an ok braiding hair section, that's what I normally buy. I mostly always find what I need to get and their inventory is always fully stocked. It's low hassle, I never feel like I'm being watched and they all on my back even though I'm sure they have their ways, they are more discreet with it. The gentleman that's there is always pleasant and helpful.

Hey Cherice Smith, so sorry, I believe it's misconception of the lady trying to help you get what you needed, peradventure the color is not on displayed, so she can bring it out from inside... All she is trying to do is to make sure you get satisfied. The store so much trust their customers and believe in them..

The lady in the store followed me around, every isle I went to she just so happened to pop at and when I would look at her she'd turn and act as if she was doing something else. Following customers around is a great way to drive customers away.
