Beauty Queen Beauty Supply

This is the third time I've bought hair dye from this place and it didn't take. I don't know if the formulas are watered down or what but their colors do not work. That's on bleached hair...black turned to burgundy, red turned to brown, dark purple turned to pink etc. Instructions were followed and two bottles were bought to reapply. Still colors do not take on blonde hair.

I was not greeted when my daughter and I entered the store(((((( we were the only customers so they had time to greet us)))))) and one of the workers made sure he came in the area that I was shopping in, to make sure that he watched me. I hate that we don't have more blacked owned beauty supply stores in the area. I felt very unwelcomed. It's a shame that African American women are their number one shoppers but they try to look down on our beautiful skin. I won't be back and hopefully this will help them treat the future Queen's that come in better.

Most items are priced higher than any of the other local beauty supply stores. Owners hover over you as if you're going to steal something but they have almost anything you're looking for .

I love this place, everytime I visit this place the owner is always nice. And the employees are also pleasants. Thanks for good customer service....

They are eager to help you find what you need. Prices are reasonable. A great variety of products.
