Just absolutely wonderful from the 1st call to setup the appointment to meet both Jenny and Anna. Anna was so patient with me n asked me questions on my preference while doing both my hands n feet she was so gentle. I would highly recommend beauty queen nails it was very clean n very calming environment lovely ladies working here I will definitely be coming back. See you both again soon

I just walked into Beauty Queen Nails and had the best experience ever! Jenny was the sweetest, most gentle gal I have ever encountered at a nail salon! She helped me with the nail color when I asked for her opinion and did an exceptional job! My nails and toes are perfect! She spent time visiting and getting to know me with a smile on her face the entire time! I will definitely be coming back for services by Jenny from now on! She is an absolute professional!!!! Honestly I've never gotten my nails done before. I didn't know what to expect when coming in here. I was greeted with amazing service and helped right as I went in. Jen has such a great personality and is so friendly not only that I was amazed with my nails I've been to her three times since and every time I go in I am never disappointed. If you want your nails done flawlessly and for a fantastic price you must come see her.

Had a very bad experience today for the first time at this location. Lots of air bubbles from powder that was used. Acrylic was very thin, can feel plastic tips on corners and edges. 3 nails already lifting an hour after leaving salon. Employee made me feel attacked because I said I didn’t think the quality was worth the price I was previously quoted. I shut down and just left unhappy with my nails to avoid confrontation. She offered to paint over with a different color to cover up the bubbles, but I wanted frenchies. :/ I was hoping she’d redo the nails or give me the option to come back to get them fixed. Or maybe not charge me the full amount. She claimed she already gave me a $10 discount and that I should have to pay $100. Paid $90 for a pedicure gel french tip and full set acrylic F

Amazing ! Jenny did a great job and I LOVE my nails. She was quick but followed my inspiration pics perfectly. Will be back for sure.
