Betty took so long and had an attitude. She thought I didn’t know Spanish, but I did, and she was being so racist. The overall result of my hair was horrible it wasn’t neat and after a few washes my hair is so fried ,overall the worst experience ever. If you don’t like your job, quit it’s not that hard

I have been doing my hair with Betty since I was in grade school. My mom had always gone to her and so I always went as well. She has had many salons and anywhere she has gone I have always taken time to travel to her because she’s that GREAT at her job. She has done everything to my hair from trims to regular blow outs to blonde highlights to touch ups and more. She is great at doing hair. I have curly hair and she NEVER has to pass the flat iron after my blow out. In addition to that, the times that I have dyed my hair with her she has always taken my curls into consideration and she has applied treatments free of cost. (She knows I love to rock my natural curls). Overall, she’s extremely mindful and considerate! She’s amazing at her job. I am now 22 years old and again I’ve been seeing

My favorite Beauty Salon in Washington Heights for 7 years. Betty and Modesta are great, mindful and skilled professionals that treat everyone's hair with great products and care. Isabel and Eli are skilled and amazing manicurists that guarantee an impeccable pedicure and manicure. I'm a regular and satisfied customer that highly recommends Betty's Salon.

BEWARE!! I want to warn people that there is a lady there that can not cut hair. I asked for layers NOT a short hair cut and she complete chopped my hair off. The green outfit picture was only taken July 15 and the other one, was last year at this time. I haven’t cut my hair in two years. This lady literally ruined all my hard work. Just becareful. I’m not happy and I have to live with this decision. 😢
