Beauty Salon Nails Spa

I have been going to Beauty Nails Salon for over 12 years. Chi does my manicures and pedicures and always does an excellent job. I would recommend the salon highly. Located on S. Walton in the Chelsea Crossings plaza.

I was trying to call to make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. A lady answered the phone "Hello." I asked, Is this the nail salon? She asked, "Who's calling?" I repeated my question, got the same answer from her. So decided to take my business elsewhere, to a salon that answers their phone in a professional manner.

Very unprofessional! I stood inside for probably 10 minutes waiting on somebody to help me and even after he knew I was there he still sat in the back on his phone watching videos. And then told me that they don’t except card which is fine but proceeded to tell me look at the sign on the door when there is no sign on the door. I do not recommend at all

My nails always last and never chip. I do hair and even after washing in the sink all day my nails are still nice and solid.

Been a customer for at least 5 years. Always friendly and do a fantastic job!
