Honestly, the reviews have to be filtered because the in-store experience doesn’t always match what’s advertised. Yes, the store has a wide selection, but there’s rarely anyone available to help. What about the elderly customers or people who genuinely don’t know much about hair products? One of my elderly clients was inside and couldn’t find a single person to assist her. Every time I go in, the staff seems irritated and like they don’t want to be there. There’s one light-skinned lady who appears to be the face of the store, and unfortunately, the attitude shows. She often comes off rude, stuck-up, and unapproachable — like the role went to her head.
