BeBe Nails

I’m not one to take the time to post a negative review but it feels important to share my experience. I went to Bebe nails to have my gel polish removed. The tech destroyed my nails, shaving them down so far that it felt like they were pulsating. It hurts to hold things because my fingers started to hurt. She charged me for a “manicure” despite me saying I didn’t want one, during which she pulled my cuticle skin off. My nails were so brittle and weak they all broke within a few hours and now are painful and calloused. I would be very cautious before coming here!!

I got a new set, and asked for design, HORRIBLE JOB, the service was good. The colors they did on my nails were not what i asked for. the design was okay but the base of the french tip was ORANGE. the pink was so off. they couldn’t even get the color right. i’m not being dramatic but it was bad. Tracy i think was the only good one. she did my sisters nails amazing.

UNSAFE AND UNPROFESSIONAL UV GEL POLISH REMOVAL!! I want to preface this by saying that I had gotten my UV gel nail set done at a different salon but I came here because it was closer and little did I know I would be experiencing the WORST pain of my life. They did not soak my nails in acetone at any point since they said it would not help (not sure how true this is). First, they trimmed my nail tips and filed off some of the gel polish with a nail drill. ok thats fine. then, they starting lifting the nail tips off with a METROCARD. My nails became so short and got TORN OFF from my nail bed! After expressing the pain I was in, the nail tech worked more carefully and convinced me into thinking that this is the only way to remove the nails. Did SNS dip powder and they came out great. Been here a few times now and they always nail the shape I want. It's 38 plus tip for sns, pretty good since I only redo them every month or more. My nails don't grow fast and dip doesn't Crack or lift on me like uv gel. If you want designs, ask first since only some of them paint. I ask for Annie for oval shape and usually 2 fingers are a different color for fun. I like that they take their time making sure everything is even.

The single worst experience I’ve had in my WHOLE LIFE. The photo you see attached is 2 hours of powder dip! First the nail tech kept messing up a simple squiggle design. Since she was obviously struggling I told her to just to do French mani and call it a day. That also came out horrendous. I settled for just keeping the base color I had on my nail which was gel because I originally wanted a design. I asked if they would honor a discount for the failed attempt and they refused. I told them I’m not paying $70 and they said they could take the color off and left me with this clear power color and the total came out to $55 which is still not worth the experience. As a business owner this is absolutely embarrassing to see!!!! Next time save ur business’ reputation , time, material and labor co
