Scheduled Box Braids service. Messaged stylist to add on a wash and trim. Stylist agreed to added on services via messager. Then when appointment time came, was not told I could not get a trim until after my hair was washed and blow dried. Stylist that could provide that service was sick. After the braids were completed. The stylist called after the appointment once she was informed I wish I knew about not being able to get a trim before I arrived at my visit. She informed me that she typically doesn't do trims with braids. Which is fine. But that was never communicated. Then she informed me to make sure the invoice is paid to not incur late charges. They do good work but if you like stylist that communicate with you, I would look elsewhere.

Bella Beauty is "THE" salon to get great services. Izzy is awesome she is very professional her work is amazing I love getting my hair braided by her. I have a very sensitive scalp and I must say I have never had my hair braided from someone who is very gentle. My style last for weeks I would definitely recommend her she is a great stylist.

I would most definitely recommend Bella Beauty! I go here for all my protective style hair care. Service is excellent. I've been going here for the last 4 years and have not had one complaint! Izzy takes care of all my protective style hair needs. From sew-in's to box braids to crochets. She even does my 5yr old daughter's box braids and she loves them! The atmosphere she sets when doing your hair is awesome. She makes your feel comfortable and ensures that she perfects your vision for your hair care needs.
