Price does not match the quality of the service. This was my first time at Bella and I was extremely dissappinted in the quality of my service for the price I paid. To start my shampoo was done by someone other than my stylist who seemed very nervous about hurting me or my hair, I have fine thin hair, which k appreciated their concern but I could feel that they weren't shampooing my whole head and were missing big areas, as well as not being thorough enough. I also only needed a trim and I have straight fine hair and just like my ends to be one length all across. I expressed to my stylist that I just needed a trim but wanted to make sure that all the dead-end were cut off. Friendly and personable staff...great service as well. The salon is kept squeaky clean, including the bathroom (although it could use some paper towels). Ngoc gives the best haircuts I've ever had in my life. Amazingly, his haircuts age super well over time. When we confer before my haircut, Ngoc really listens during our discussion about the direction I might want to go with my hair, and I feel that he makes great recommendations for a look that fits the shape of my face, head, and body. When he cuts, you can tell he cares about the outcome; he's laser-focused. Ngoc will, most definitely, NOT disappoint. 💇‍♀️💇‍♂️ 👍👍

I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Bethesda with my stylist, Beca! She truly took her time and did an amazing job. She matched the color I wanted perfectly, and the way she placed the balayage is flawless; it added so much depth and contrast to my hair. I absolutely love how it turned out. Beca also gave me a fantastic haircut that left my hair looking shiny, healthy, and low-maintenance. Thanks for everything!

McKendry is an amazing stylist. She’s so experienced and kind. She listens to what you want to do with your hair and offers her valuable insight. After an appointment with McKendry at Bella Bethesda, I always feel so much more put together. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Jamie for a little over a year and she is simply the best. After moving to the area and trying several salons, I got lucky by chance when I was booked with her — and I’ve never looked back. I previously worked in a salon, so I really appreciate great quality and service, and this place delivers on both. Jamie is incredibly talented, and the entire salon has such a welcoming, friendly vibe. I couldn’t recommend her more.
