I wouldn’t book this place even if it was the last shop on earth! The owner is rude and I heard that she stole one of her past workers whole nail inventory and never reimbursed her back her money. The girl stopped doing nails permanently all because Bella claimed “ she threw out all her nail supplies because she took too long to return from vacation “ but hired another nail tech 3 weeks later and she was using that other tech supplies that the other girl worked so hard to pay for. From what I heard .. the girl only went on vacation to take another business opportunity because Bella was closed for renovation for almost 2 weeks and the girl was missing out on money. I normally do not leave reviews however I HAVE TO! The overall experience was just great, I had Allison and she is such a sweetheart. The waiting area is too cute and serene to put in words I just loved every second of it. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be recommending to any and everyone I know and I myself will be back!

I was amazed At how clean, comfortable, and relaxing the environment was. The receptionist Harmony was very welcoming, Jessica gave me the best facial I ever had & Bella was amazing walking me through the Facial procedure , while Raquel made sure I was comfortable. If I could rate this establishment 20 stars I would. I will definitely be returning.

I went and did my first deep poor facial here everything was smooth the first time. I went on Saturday September 23rd for a follow up at 2:00pm and I was there half an hour before my spying was asked to sit in the waiting room in the basement where I have no cell service no windows or doors I sat there for 40 minutes. Bella was not in that day the receptionist sat on her phone the whole time talking to her man with the phone on speaker. I thought she was going to do my facial since she did it the first time and was waiting on someone else to be done to attend to the front desk. I came up at around 2:07pm and still no one came to check on me . I came out of the hole to get signal since I have a toddler and I needed to check on her. My husband booked me a deep tissue massage for my birthday. I generally frequent other full service salons. This salon is blacked owned and the staff is friendly. It’s clean and they practice social distancing. In addition to my massage I had a silk press. I’ve never had a silk press before so I didn’t know what to expect. However I was pleasantly surprise how It came out. The only complaint I have would be, they were under construction and throughout my massage I could hear men talking and nails etc. dropping. Also I don’t like having men in the salon when I’m Getting my hair done. I wish they could have their own section. Other than that it was a great experience. My new favorite place. 😊
