Different price each time I went.....they really need effective translator....asked several times was my black rinse non permenant..they claimed no..I think it was permenant...all of my hair broke completely off...had to cut off down to a pixie..smh..

The lady was amazing she washed my hair and blow dry, flatiron and did exactly what i asked. My hair looks amazing. The price I found it to be reasonable, especially because of my hair length!

I gave them 4 stars because they tried their best. Whoever answered the phone clearly didn't understand what services I was asking for when she made my appointment. After I showed them a previous picture of my hair style. One lady said oh we can not do finger waves. While I was standing there with a wet head 😳.. the trainee/ shampoo girl said I can do the finger waves. I smiled and said let try it. She did her best as a new young stylist and I appreciate the effort they put into trying to redo my style. So I thank them!! The only thing I frowned upon is the older two stylist never spoke English even when they was talking about my hair.. only the young trainee spoke English for I could understand. I am not saying it's wrong I am just saying out of respect and I am a paying customer let me k

Showed up for a 330 blowout. Only 1 person was there, she called another, but when she got there she did a walk in before me. I declined deep condition, but was still put there, at no cost of course. Still sitting under the dryer at 445pm. Finally out the door at 640pm. That would be acceptable for no appointment. However, with an appointment I would appreciate it, if my time was valued. I was late getting to my event due to improper scheduling/time management. Considered walking out many times, but couldn't go to my event with wet hair. Please respect appointment times and plan accordingly.

Service was great. Mary was very attentive to me as a pregnant woman coming to get my hair done. She was so kind and nurturing and the service was not rushed. We had great conversation getting to know one another. I couldn’t just leave without a review. Mary thank you so much for your service and kind heart. God will bless you for helping one of his own.
