I went to this salon the very first time and showed her the picture of the highlights my daughter wanted. I will post the picture after I post my daughter’s hair after visiting this salon. She bleached my daughter’s hair to the point where she was platinum blonde! Most of her hair was bleached and the highlights looked terrible! Big chunks (too bad I don’t have a picture of the first attempt). I then showed her the picture again of the type of highlights my daughter wanted and I pointed out that my child is basically blonde. The owner of the salon (I think her name is Shannon) then admitted to making mistakes and showed me spots that were colored blonde.. imagine a bleached Dalmatian spot) She started recoloring added a cut without consulting me first if I want it added to the service. In 2021, I started coming here. I had my relaxers done here. EVERY TIME I got my perm, she would "accidentally" leave some of it on my scalp/hair still in the middle of getting my hair combed through. Then she had to take my back to the bowl to wash my hair again. It was in the SAME spot every time. And in that same spot, I started to get a bald spot. Like hair thinning, hair damage, a progressively growing bald spot after each service. She said my hair was damaged even though my hair was 100% healthy and long at the beginning of the year, and she cut it short and into a bob.... it was so ugly and I felt ugly! Even my work mom was upset over it. Every time I visited her, my hair health got worse. Needless to say, I stopped going. It took me time to get my hair right but my hair is healthy

I took my daughter to Bella Donna's to get her hair done for back to school, and Shannon made the experience wonderful. She went far and beyond to ensure my daughter's sew-in was just what she wanted. She was very friendly, patient and her work was superb. My daughter was all smiles and can't stop raving about her hair! Thank you! So happy to have found Bella Donna's.

I took my daughter here and the last two times she messed up on my daughter hair each time she cut it very short I might add when my daughter first started going to her my daughter hair was long now it’s very short ! On top of that the so called silk press she did wasn’t done correctly at all she cut her hair uneven then tried to curl it was hella ugly!! She wraps it and the next day it looks shot to hell I call her she picks up and then didn’t speak again after that!! I tried called serval times and requested a refund because the service was terrible ! And she did it on purpose trying to make it seem like my daughter hair was damaged the only thing it was dry!! She used like no products to properly do her hair!! Very unprofessional I will never bring my daughter to you again!! And god go
