This is my third time coming to this salon so far and I really do enjoy the overall experience. Lucy has been the only nail tech I’ve had and she is excellent with shaping, nail designs, and pedicures. I enjoy her calm personality as it helps make the experience peaceful and enjoyable. Also the salon is good with communicating when appointments need to be changed as well so the customer service I’ve experienced so far is solid.

It can be a crapshoot so once you find a good tech, write down their name and stick with him or her. This is how you assure you always get what you want. Ive been through a couple techs coming and going but usually get a great job. Right now I’m working with Queen who has been wonderful. I get a pedicure and fill in with designs, and love very colorful vibes.

I have been a loyal customer at this salon for several years, spending on average over $150 per visit. But my recent experience was deeply disappointing. It seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority here, as reflected in both my visit and feedback from other customers. During my visit, the nail tech assigned to me was unprofessional and caused discomfort while working on my nails. Despite my request for a different tech, the quality of service did not improve. The nail polish was applied improperly and with haste, resulting in thick, uneven layers, and flooding around the edges, leaving my nails looking unpolished and amateur. It was good, but the prices are a bit crazy. I went in for a fill and the lady asked if I wanted it cut down I said just a tad bit. All she did was file it and it basically looked the length it did when i first walked in. Then when i check my receipt, I got charged $8 for a cut down. I just decided not to argue but that was crazy.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! Came in Tonight 10/14/25 with high hopes of pampering and a nice foot massage. I left highly agitated, unappreciated and unheard from the nail tech and the manager that walks around. Every time I have came here I usually have Jason. He wasn’t here tonight but I took the chance. I always ask to soak my feet before beginning my pedicure. (As I have that right) the nail tech Anna immediately started working on my feet after I asked her to soak. (I let that pass) I asked about a foot massage they charge an extra $15 for 10 minutes I was willing to pay. I had a very long and stressful day. I requested the luxury treatment ($65). She used the supposedly hot stones (which weren’t hot at all) nor was the water. She then starts the timer for the massage and sh
