Bella Nail

I took my mom to have her nails removed. The owner, Kim, is very kind, and she was not present today. My mom had her nails removed by a young man with glasses whose name we did not catch. He should not be allowed to perform services on humans. He showed no skill or empathy toward my mom. She asked him why he was soaking her entire hands in straight acetone and asked for the tips to be wrapped in foil. He ignored this request. He then began to use the drill against her wishes, and when she said it was hurting, he still ignored her. She finally had to tell him it was too painful and to stop. She has visible injury to the nail bed. He charged her for the removal and was very rude when she tried to tell him her issues with the service. His response was “well you didn’t let me finish.” She was

I went in for a fill, my pointer finger was broken initially coming in, instead of matching the length to the other nails, she just gave me a random short nail, also made me bleed twice and poked me every nail with the cuticle cutter. 60$ for this service is not okay.

I love this place ask for kim she is awesome. Takes her time and constantly checks to make sure you have exactly what you want. Thank you Bella for no longer allowing David to work here. Obnoxious or rude to customers will not happen here and if it does which it did to me, will be swiftly dealt with hence he is no longer with the salon. I did not have to complain about him at all he upset others and was exited from the business just sharing my feedback that this salon cares about excellent service. I have suffered for years with in grown toe nails and now this is my therapy place for an amazing pedicure and they are so very careful. Also the most patient people with attention to the detail you ask for. Loyal customer every 2 weeks for mani and pedi for a year since I moved here.

I got my nails done 2 days ago! And they look like this. When I left the store the finger in the first photos paint started to chip I look at my nail today and I see this. He rushed through it. Acted like I was being a burden every time I would mention something he didn't do It may have been a good experience to some but definitely not me will not come back. I will be going back to my salon. I only came here because I was too far away to go to. RAINBOW NAILS in TARPON KELLY IS AMAZING!!!
