I can understand why this place has such low reviews. The nail technicians seem to be taking their time, and the one currently working is taking breaks to stand up to vape while still on the job. The overall atmosphere feels quite unprofessional. Everything you ask them the answer is 10 minutes which turns into much longer. Very unprofessional. If I could rate them lower I would! THEY SUCK! Alex is the best at eyebrows but even he's unprofessional with timing.

They're really not that good of a salon. Alex skips steps in doing your nails unless you say something and then my nails were popping off after a week. They do do eyebrows pretty good. My nails look cute but that's about it. I actually just figured out how to change my review. I would not recommend getting your nails done here. Only eyebrows.

40 bucks did my nail with gel polish....when I asked bout uv light they said its 15 extra .. My nail poor is cracking after 4 days

I ask for fill in and gel polish on Saturday June 14,2025 and by Sunday 15th morning the polish was bulked up on my nails & the color wasn’t a black it shows dark blue in the sunlight .it wasn’t filled in to the nail cuticles Either, I didn’t really notice until after I left because I was in a hurry …I’ll never let them do my nails again!!! It I be going back to show them this mess on my nails on Monday.. if I could give a negative * star I would’ve….😡

Nails were okay, I had asked for something cute and when asked for glam they acted like I was wasting your time. I will not be back here bc I'm not paying for something being treated like I'm a inconvenience. Just a FYI I make good money and willing to pay for what I want my nails done like. I walked in here with way more than enough cash. I'll be going to another nail salon next time jackson has a lot more to pick from.
