I came in with a clear reference photo of the nails I wanted. I’m not a nail expert, so I relied on the nail tech’s guidance. The woman assigned to me didn’t speak English at all, so another employee, Christina, had to step in and translate. Christina told me I had asked for chrome nails. From the start, my nail tech seemed hesitant and uncertain, constantly looking to Christina for direction. I stayed quiet because I didn’t want to embarrass anyone or make the situation uncomfortable. When it came time for the chrome application, it was painfully obvious my nail tech had no idea what she was doing — it was trial and error, with Christina instructing her step by step. I was a walk in and took the first technician who was available. I had never been there, so I didn’t know anyone. Nary took care of me. She did a fantastIc job and was very friendly. The salon is spacious and clean, and the staff is gracious. I highly recommend Bella Nails.

Let me tell you: Perfection! I have never had nails done so perfectly before!!👀 consistently. Holly is amazing and friendly. Four stars because the place needs some upgrades.

I’ve been here 3-4 times, but the last two times have not been pleasant. This is super convenient because it’s very close but I don’t think I will go back. I always do SNS, sometimes with extensions, the last two times my nails did not last even a week, three fell off the first time on day 5 and 2 fell off the second time on day 6. This last time that the nail fell off I noticed my nail looked purple, which made me worry about it being a fungus or something alike. I went back to ask them about it, seems like the nail was not put on correctly so I asked them to remove them all (in case any others were the same) I was not going to make a big fuss about it. Simply remove them and move along, but they charged for the removal and did not apologized for their bad work. I get it, sometimes mistak

Cindy 2 (there are two Cindy’s) always takes good care of me. When she left another establishment I followed her here. I got a pedicure (Spa), manicure (full set French tip), face wax, Brazilian and a well needed body massage. All for a great price. The building is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the service is top tier. I would highly recommend.
