Bella Nail Spa

My recent visit to Bella Nail Spa on 2/7/26 was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I brought in a photo of a specific nail design that included red cat eye hearts on a beige background, and I also asked for four nails to be red cat eye with gold hearts. Joslyn assured me she could recreate it. I even offered to show her a video of how the design was done so she could see the technique, but she declined and said she already knew what to do. Unfortunately, she struggled with the design and could not complete all of the elements. She did the red hearts in regular polish instead of cat eye and did not even attempt to do the gold hearts, which were key parts of the look, so the design was left incomplete. I just got my nails done with my daughter and before We went to get our nails done. I had called this place to see how much they were. They told me 35 4 feet and then I believe it was like 45 to 55 for no trip. When we got there, they tried to do our feet first and then gave me a menu asking which one and the prices on there were 55 between 75. I asked what happened to it being 35. They said that’s the regular one is that what I wanted? I said yes. Then I ended up changing my mind and said that I would like the no chip on my feet only. They ended up doing the no chip on me and my daughter. Then when we got our hand done I’ve gotten the motte With the no chip and asked for my daughter to get the no chip, of course. They rushed through the pedicure and gave me two cuts, which are burning now. Honestly the service was disappointing

I went here right after work and it was the best experience especially after a long day. My nail lady took her time and made sure my nails were perfect and she exceeded my expectations. The service was amazing and I absolutely loveeeee my nails! And she took really pretty pictures of my nails!!!!

Place is dirty, over priced, charged literally $70 for a nail fill more than what most places would charge for a whole new set. They’re just ripping ppl off, hardly saw any customers!! I would give 0 stars. Cant believe i actually paid for these ugly nails!
