Up until today, I’ve had great experiences at this salon, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. I came in for a pedicure and nail service but decided on a gel polish change instead to save time. Before the service, I asked the nail tech the price and was told it would be $20. When I checked out, I was charged $45. I explained the situation to the owner and said that had I known the service was $45, I would have just gotten the pedicure for $55. His response was dismissive, insinuating that I “should have known better” because I’ve been there before. The nail tech even confirmed that she told me the price was $20. Normally I enjoy going here & paying the higher price to have my eyebrows done by some of the women here who always did a great job & exactly how I wanted them done. During my last visit however a younger woman did my eyebrows for me & very poorly. She very quickly used just a little bit of wax & very little pressure when applying, so when very little was actually waxed because of poor application, she simply said the hair wasn't grown enough to wax, as I'm looking at full, long hairs left in a lot of the space around my eyebrows that normally would've been taken care of. Then when I asked for the area between my brows to be touched up more at least she said she'd just pluck them instead & somehow did that barely too. Always have a great experience here.. In the past we’ve gotten pedicures and they have been great. Today I needed nails done for a dance and I wasn’t sure what I needed/wanted. Ivy was fantastic….she picked a perfect color, design, and powder dip manicure.She was quick and did a great job!

If I could give zero stars I would. After maybe 3 days of getting a full acrylic set my nails starting lifting and popping right off. I was out of town when this happened so I called and the lady at the store told me to come back in once I was back in town and she would fix for free. I am now back in town and called (it hasnt even been two weeks yet) and they were so rude on the phone. They said I would have to pay $45+ for a fix. Why would I pay to fix them if within 3 days they start falling off? The girl on the phone was so rude and hung up on me. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never had a full set pop off within 3-4 days of getting them done. This place is terrible and has awful customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!

I got my nails done at Bella Nail 3 weeks ago. It was terrible and within a week my dip was falling apart. Also, she took 1.5 hour to do my dip manicure (yesterday I went to my regular place in Apex and my dip is beautifully done in 50 minutes) I was charged regular price and clearly the person was not experienced. I will never go back
