Bella Nails & Brows

Quite literally was scammed. Initially said it was 55, got a simple white gel pedicure. She skipped out on the pedicure part and went straight to painting my toes, the gel was crooked, the paint was all on my toes and she cleaned it with the under part of her nail. Very dirty, and poor service. Ive never been treated so poorly at an establishment. Will never return and I advise others to go to another salon. For 90 dollars I got white paint all on my toes and crooked toes.

Got my nails done two days ago and they look horrid. There's black spots all over them. The tips are all messed up and even though I asked her to fix them, they are filed unevenly. I have to go get them fixed bc they look so ridiculous. The manager, Cindy, asked me to call and explain what happened. After telling me "doesn't sound like something any of my technicians would do" I gave her enough info to prove that I wasn't lying. She said she would talk to the technician and give me a refund. She later said it wasn't her policy to give refunds and stopped responding to correspondence. Not sure why she lied and promised something she couldn't follow through on. But this speaks volumes about this business. Lack of accountability and lying isn't going to get you anywhere long term. HORRIBLE b

My first set of acrylics!! Was $65 for a full set of long acrylics with dip powder ($5 to take off old powder polish) (single color, coffin shape). Very very pleased! Very fast and professional. I had a payment issue (my fault not theirs) and the owner Cindy was very understanding while I figured it out. I will definitely be back !!

Research views and decided to try a Medi & Pedi here. I am not an expert in this area but as a "Rookie" I wanted to find a nice, mid-range fee shop. Mid-week, walked in and was taken immediately. Feet & legs serviced first while I received an automated chair massage. Then onto serving my hands. As I reviewed my surroundings I observed spiderwebs (removed a star), otherwise the shop is clean. They used tools opened from a sterilized bag, new tub liner was installed into the foot tub, wore safely gloves 🧤 and face mask when necessary. Would I return again for another round of services, absolutely!

I decided to try this place because it's not too far from home. I don't recall the person that did my nails but she didn't do a very good job evening out with the acrylic on my nails done and my nails are uneven. You can't tell in the picture that I'm posting with this review. However she just put acrylic where I need it for my fill but on my tips she didn't put any or much so some of my nails have a dip in it
