Bella Nails

Update: Within a week, the gel has already separated from my finger nail on a few fingers. Normally gel lasts on my hand for over a month (if I don’t go to get it changed). So now I have to go pay to get it taken off and I don’t live in the area to go back to them. The owner is super nice but the gel manicures we got weren’t good. The area near my cuticles were done extremely messy and I kept telling the person doing my nails but he would just add coats to the rest of the nail. Anyone who does gel knows that extra coats mean the nail will not adhere as well and it’ll easily chip off faster. The nail polish looked rippled and uneven, and some parts seemed see-through. I asked if we should change the polish color (I know sometimes some colors just aren’t great) but they said no. I also saw

Between unsafe nail practices, injuries, public shaming, refusal to honor advertised pricing, lack of posted licenses, and harassment, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I should have walked out when the technician who referred to herself as Helen (unclear if that’s her name) began cutting my fingers after I pointed out that my nails were being done incorrectly. I went in on 12/30 for a Gel-X set. I regularly get Gel-X every 4–6 weeks with my usual nail tech, but I came here while on vacation for the holidays. Early in the service, I noticed visible air bubbles in the nails and that the corners were not properly sealed. Bella Nails is fantastic. They are professional but also very personable. Helen sterilized all her equipment in front of me. Their space is clean and very tranquil. Hannah gave me a very relaxing neck and back massage. I definitely recommend this nail salon!

The nail technicians and owners were very hospitable and accommodating. I was running late and I called to let them know. They made me feel at ease and thanked me. I also got my upper lip waxed, hardly any pain and no irritation! My nails turned out FABULOUS! Great services and beautiful nails! Will be back!
