I am genuinely upset with my service here, especially because I walked out with a damaged nail bed and -$10. I went in for a gel x removal and after the lady drilled my nail down a bit, she kept trying to rip the gel x off with the end of another acrylic nail? I told her not to do that because it was cemented on. Later, after I soaked my nails off and the gel x was jelly like she proceeds to pick off the gel x with cuticle cutter and cuts through my actual nail!! I was so upset I wanted to cry because it hurt. Then it started bleeding! She apologized, but she should have known that ripping off the gel x is not the proper way of removing them. If I had wanted that, I would have done that at home. Now I have a worry of my finger getting infected. Just completely disappointed. Don’t come here

I really enjoy having my nails done (gel dip) at Bella Nails. They are friendly and skilled on the latest in nail care. I can always get in when I call, and I am so happy I was referred to Bella Nails by my sister.

Came highly recommended, they rushed giving me a pedicure and still looked for a tip!! I won’t be going back. Definitely a waste of my money and time

My mother and I have been going here for about a year and we were very satisfied until the last few months. It seems as though the quality is decreasing on a biweekly basis. They are very nice in general but some if the technicians get an attitude when you correct them about the way the polish or shape or cut of the nail looks. My chrome 454 tends to get compliments but when I look at my toes closely there are mant defects and my nail chipped only after two days. Nails looks like they supposed to but my toes nails are blotchy. Although I like overall atmosphere I am reconsidering returning 😕.

Great experience. The staff was friendly, professional and practiced proper safety and sanitary processes. Will definitely return when I am in town the next trip. Highly recommend. The massage was perfect too! Good selection of colors and gel polish.
