If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager and employees are very unprofessional. I went in an hour and a half before closing asking to get my nails soaked off and redone with acrylic. The manager proceeds to say “are you serious? I’m ready to go home.” and just had a horrible attitude once the employee agreed to do them. As I’m getting my nails done she is still making comments. The employee is offended because I’m offended at the disrespect and unprofessionalism. I left and went elsewhere. If you can’t do what I ask, fine but there’s a way you treat and talk to people. There’s so many other nails salons in Cleveland, don’t choose this one!

I get my nails done by Tina at Bella Nails. She does a great job and is very fast. She is Vietnamese and sometimes I have a little trouble understanding her but she is VERY sweet!!!!!

I'm extremely upset today 😞 how do you treat a customer the way I was treated today. Iv been comming here for years and I was totally dismissed today. How does your nail tech tell a paying customer you don't have time to do the nail design that they want and are willing to pay for ?? Unless you had a bunch of appointments my mother and law didn't see anyone else waiting. What I was wanting done took the same amount of time as my mother in law. This will be my last time comming here and its a shame you treat your clients that way. Honestly crazy expecially where their is alot of nail companies in Cleveland.. Keep that up and it will close your doors. Really disappointed was just trying to treat my mother in law for mothers day. So go see nails ansld spa by foodcity in cleveland they wil

This place is great! I took my bridesmaids and they were short staff and were so accommodating and did a wonderful job on our nails. They were gorgeous.

Been going to Michael and Kathy for years love tony and Tina! Absolute best work around and such sweet people!
