I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The salon is spotless and the staff are super gentle. They took their time and made sure I was happy with the shape and color. The attention to detail was impressive and my toes/feet look so good...

I visited near closing time and really appreciated how patient the staff were . They didn’t rush through the service even though it was late. The technician shaped the nails evenly and asked for my feedback during each step. The polish looks natural and soft. The salon was spotless, and the environment felt peaceful. I left feeling grateful for their professionalism. I would happily come again at an earlier time💗

I really wanted to love this salon and even gave them four chances before writing this review. Unfortunately, each visit left me more disappointed than the last. On my first visit, Lily did my nails and cut eight of my fingers. I still tipped her $40, hoping it was just a bad day. Afterwards, I got a face wax and was charged $55 for only my chin and sideburns, which felt very overpriced. On my second visit, another tech prepped my nails beautifully—no cuts and a pleasant experience. She didn’t know how to do cat eye, so Lily stepped in. During this appointment, I noticed Lily elbowing the other tech when she laughed at one of my jokes, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. But I still tipped the lovely tech. I usually don't write negative reviews, but I had a terrible experience at Bella Nails today. I went in for a regular basic pedicure and was pushed to upgrade to a more expensive service. I decided to go for the middle-tier option and figured why not. During the service, everything was fine. However, once my service was finished, the technician took me to the drying station. I sat there for 20 minutes, and my nails weren't dry. Turns out, she didn't turn on the machine. I figured mistakes happen. It gets worse. Since the service was upgraded, they use a paraffin wax treatment. This technician forgot to completely dry my nails after and put polish right over the wax. This meant my nails were never going to dry, even if the technician had turned the drying station on like they were suppose

I stopped in for a pedicure today, a Saturday, no appointment, and got one of the nicest pedicures I think I've ever gotten. And I've been getting pedis for, what, 30 years now? I've gotten pedicures all over the world. I've gotten them in high end salons and low end salons. I've had really good pedicures and really bed pedicures. Today I got one of the best. The salon is nice and bright and very clean. The massaging pedicure chairs are new and top notch. Cee-cee (Sisi?) was my nail tech, and she really took the time to give me several very nice massages- she found all kinds of knots in my feet and rubbed away at them. The products were nice, too. My feet are happy and soft and my toenails look fantastic. I will be back!
