Bella Spa & Nails

I visited this nail shop on Wednesday, December 17, and received a regular gel manicure on my natural nails. I also had flower sticker adhesive placed on my ring finger on both hands. By day two, I noticed chipping on my nails. Unfortunately, due to a family funeral, I was unable to return within the shop’s three-day fix window. To make matters worse, I had graduation photos on Saturday and had to take pictures with visibly chipped nails. Today is day five, and the gel polish is now lifting. Based on my experience, this seems to be due to improper nail prep and uncapped free edges, which caused the gel to chip and lift prematurely. Although the staff was nice, I am disappointed with the quality of the gel manicure. If I am paying for a service and leaving a tip, I expect a gel manicure to

Thank you so much Kim!!! She was able to save my nails last minute 💕 I wanted brown turtle shell with gold trim. I went to another salon first and they gave me RED, but Kim was able to fix it for me . Thank you and I’ll be back I attached the nails the before and after with the inspo.

10/10 love it here and if there’s any complaints they fix it! I love the kindness and if you are not used to getting your nails done they patiently guide you through what to get! My nails are literally perfect!!!!!

This is maybe my 3rd or 4th time coming to this shop, and I leave satisfied every time. I’m very vocal about how I like my nails, and they deliver. My one and only “critique” is that some nail techs are social and some are not in the slightest. I like to be able to chat most times. Other than that, great service.
