When they brought in Natia and kept showing me how beautiful their nails looked every time I came in, I immediately wanted to try her out. From the first time she did my nails, I was obsessed. I’m new to Russian manicures, but the way she does my cuticles and the care she takes in shaping each nail is on another level. She’s so detail-oriented and gentle, and my nails always come out looking clean, elegant, and perfectly sculpted. I’ve been getting compliments left and right. Especially when I get a design, you can tell she's in incredibly skilled and really cares about her work. I asked for a blow out and to curl my hair with a curling wand. She did not know what I meant by curling wand. I had to pick it up and show her I wanted to use this, not the straightener. She insisted on using the straightener. I said please, no. She still snuck in a curl with a straightener to try to convince me. I said no once again. She burned my scalp twice due to not paying attention. She picked up her phone for a personal call and almost burned my face running to answer her phone. She then did not know how to accept payment via credit card and made me set it up with the electronic block. I wanted to tip her (which I shouldn’t have) with cash. I gave her a 20 and asked for change for the tip. She said thank you and tried to take the 20. I asked again, but she didn’t have change for my

The woman with short blonde hair had a completely horrid attitude she's nasty n rude n couldn't even be bothered with answering my question on pricing or booking a service they must rely on their regulars to stay in business because thats not how u act to attain new clients.

I love this place. They offer u European style. Something new and different . It’s hard to get appointments but if you call a few weeks ahead you get what you want. I like the owner . She is very creative if you can get her u want be disciplined.
