Bellagio Nails Day Spa

I went in today and asked for CLEAR acrylic on my natural nails and that i wanted to keep my natural nails. I sit down and the man starts putting PINK acrylic on my nails. I didnt say anything because it didnt look horrible. Afterwards he files my nails SUPER short. At that point i just want to leave and tell him that im ready to check out, that he did not do what i has asked for. He tried to say that he had to file it to give them shape. He didnt have to file them down all the way though. They still charged me $45. Thats on me though for paying. (I was so patient to grow out my nail just for them to ruin them😢)

Got my nails done 2 days ago, the corners of my nails are not filled correctly on the sides. As well as the “design” the lady got red stuff in my nails i had no red on my nails what so ever.

Customer service was outstanding! Got my two daughters nails done for gymnastics competition and the staff was very polite and patient. My wife joined them and I snagged myself a drink! Highly recommend for children and adults.

I wanted a medium set and they came out so short it pisses me off looking at them.When I said something the lady said I recommend you go longer I’m like girl it’s tooo late. The design would have looked better if the nails were longer. The cuticles are so ugly it makes the nails look bad.I didn’t like how she did things. She was really rough and cut me a few times! Then I got a pedicure the Deluxe one and when I had already payed and left I realized I didn’t get the paraffin wax done and that’s one of my favorite parts the the massage was like 2 minutes at most. When she was cleaning my toes she was digging so hard it was hurting I actually almost stopped. She said my other toe also had an ingrown I told her to just leave it.
