Bellagio Spa & Salon

Sophia was absolutely fantastic. I had the athlete massage and she was able to give me the deep tissue massage that very few can. I have tight muscles and she gave very firm pressure, but with amazing technique! I have had many massages at high end spas over the years. This spa itself is fine, a little pricey for the amenities. It’s busy and loud. They could have better snacks, nuts would be nice or granola bars. A donut isn’t a great snack if you are in the spa for an extended period. The blow driers barely work. The seating area is small and not quiet. But I would pay that price again for the amazing massage!

If you’ve been waiting to visit the spa, this is your sign to go! What an incredible experience!!! Recently, I received an amazing massage from Craig. He was very kind, professional and caring. He also has great pressure!! He also gave me tips on how to heal sore muscles at home. I highly recommend him and you will not be disappointed. My husband had a massage by Jade who’s service he also enjoyed and recommends. We can’t wait to return to Bellagio spa!!

This Spa is crooked. First of all the pricing on their website is not accurate. They never tell you the pricing or even give you a receipt when asked after service. I trusted their website was truthful when it was not. I noticed they charged me $100 over what it should have been on the website. I talked to the manager and he said that they raise the prices when they feel like it for holiday weekends. I was not told that when booking and certainly not even at the Spa. I have been to world class spas and the massage I received was not good and definitely not worth $250 plus mandatory 20% tip. The manager told me that he did not care nor is there anything he would do about it since we have already departed Vegas. Their website is also glitchy as I tried to book 3 separate times befo

My husband and I both had pedicures here last week during our Vegas weekend. Very professional and clean. They are in the middle of renovating, so the pedicure tubs are kind of in the middle of the salon right now. Not a problem for me, but if you are looking for a certain environment, this wouldn't be it. My technician did a great job with getting my feet super smooth. No "dryers," though, so I had to walk to lunch with not quite dry polish and wait for them to finish setting while eating. All in all a good experience, but not sure if it was overall worth the price we paid.

Spa’s jacuzzis are as pictured, very plain and nothing special. Room had only 2 loungers. On a busy Saturday, the waiting room did not have enough chairs either with guests having to stand while they waited for their appointments. Wonderful assortment of teas and snacks. Good blend of Eucalyptus oil with steam to not be overpowering.
