I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it. I’ve been coming for a little over a year now and Tiff delivers beautifully every time. These photos show 2 of my favorite sets she’s done (I always forget to take photos but there’s so many more cute ones) - she never fails to make them look amazing and sometimes even adds her own touch to them! All I have to do is show her an inspo picture and her talent shows through her work! Inside is always clean and relaxing. The atmosphere is so welcoming and they even have their own food truck right outside if you’re feeling hungry or need some coffee. I’ve tried it and their food is delicious.

They were accommodating so I gave an extra star but I was not happy with my nails. I’ve been getting gel x since 2022 and was happy to find a place in York finally! After she glued all the gel x tips on I noticed there was a gap between my cuticle and the gel x nail. Making it look like they had grown out a lot. I didn’t say anything because I knew if she had to soak them off I wasn’t going to wait for her to redo them. I would just have left with no nails. I figured trust the process. She told me she “thinks gel x tips are too thin” so she puts gel builder overtop. I didn’t book gel builder. I pay extra for gel x because I love how thin and natural they look and feel. I have never ever broken a nail. If I wanted gel builder or acrylic I would have booked that. I don’t like the thick bumpy

Never once did I have any problems with my nails. Tiff and Tom are the best I've ever experienced, professionally and personally. Top notch!

I have sat on this a bit but have received enough feedback I feel it’s worth sharing. I had my nails done 2 weeks ago and was not happy with the quality- I should have said something during the service but when I got home and showed my husband he agreed I needed to say something. I’m not upset about the quality but I am upset that the owner told me it was my fault and that he has 27 years of experience so I need to bring my husband into the salon so he can show him what is wrong. I declined that offer and came in myself. I was so uncomfortable while his wife fixed all the flaws. The lack of professionalism is enough for me not to recommend. We can’t always have our best work and when we don’t we should apologize and move on, not belittle the customer. It was so disappointing- it was the f
