It’s challenging to find a skilled nail technician. Misa is very professional and did an amazing job—quick and friendly. The price is a bit high, but I love my nails and will definitely come back.

Sue always does my nails so beautifully and I love talking to her. I went with something more simple this time, but she is very proficient with custom designs.

Overall, this could have been a bad experience. I had booked an appointment with Misa, but I was disappointed because I felt that I was not prioritized as a new customer. However, Tien stepped up and took care of me. Initially, I was hesitant as I usually like nail art, but when I showed far the photo of the style I wanted she was very honest about her capabilities and informed me that she could not fully execute that design. I appreciated her honesty. The shaping process took a bit long, as she seemed to be a perfectionist. Hopefully, she'll become more efficient with time. Despite this, she did a wonderful job and was very professional. I will definitely revisit, except for when I want a more difficult nail art.
