Zero stars! I purchased Bellami hair and the quality was extremely disappointing. I had to refund my client and purchase new hair from another company so she wouldn’t lose trust in my service. This ended up costing me over $4,000, including the hair replacement and not charging for my work. The stitching line was poorly finished, it stuck out and irritated my client’s scalp, making the hair completely unusable. Bellami refuses to accept returns or exchanges once the box has been opened, but how are you supposed to check the quality without opening it? It makes no sense. I’ve also worn Bellami myself before, and the ends started breaking after just three months of wear. I had a wonderful experience at Velami Beauty Bar. I came in because I needed hair extensions, and the girl who assisted me was incredibly helpful and patient. She guided me through the options and helped me choose the extensions that suited me best. I felt truly taken care of the whole time. Whenever I need extensions, I always choose them because the quality is consistently excellent. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend them.
