Bellas Nails (NEW MANAGEMENT)

I’ve been going here for over a year and I’m thankful to have found them because I’ve tried many places in the area and didn’t like them much. The environment is friendly and they really take their time with my nails.

Came here for gel nails, they said yes, and they proceeded to give me lumpy acrylics nails (I asked midway through why they were putting acrylic and they said I could not do gel??confusing). I also got cut twice with blood drawn while they were drilling off my cuticles.. and was told to relax. I said I wasn’t happy with the result at the end, they told me to come back for a redo.. I did not want to after the bad experience.. they refused a refund. And to top it off, the acrylics were so badly done that I had fungus on 4 nails when I took them off.. this has never happened to me before.. very disappointed in this place.

Great service but unfortunately they don’t know what they’re doing.m at all. My nails were ruined beyond repair. Acrylics took almost two hours to do and my nails were all slanted. I don’t think they have their licenses because they don’t know what they’re doing.

I was a walk-in on my way to gym. Stopped by around 4pm to inquire if I could come back later for manicure. I was told to come back at 6p. I asked if I needed to leave my name and number and was told it was not necessary. I stopped back in 10 minutes to 6p. There was a customer being serviced ahead of me. I waited until about 6:20p and walked out. I would have appreciated being told of additional potential wait time, rather than asking. They simply carried on in conversation amongst themselves. So much for "New Management."

Bella Nails! How can I begin. Bella Nails is such a wonderful, clean, and special place. Everytime I get, im greeted with a smile. Karoline is the best person you will ever meet. She is kind, funny, and helpful. She always helps me pick a color and design that will go accordingly to my personality. I love talking to her and I always feel at home there.
