I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Ingrid. I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter's prom hair, a truly important day for her, and unfortunately, Ingrid did not show up at all. Despite explaining the significance of this appointment to Ingrid beforehand, my daughter and I were left waiting for an hour. My attempts to reach the salon by phone were met with no answer, and to make matters worse, their voicemail was full. This level of unreliability is simply unacceptable, especially after I paid a 40% deposit of $80. Total cost $200. Thankfully, after frantically calling seven other salons, we were incredibly lucky to find one that could take my daughter in, and they did an absolutely amazing job. I had my first appointment at Belle Fleur today and I felt very comfortable. Ingrid is professional, personable, and very skilled. I like the one on one personal setting of her suite, her use of Olaplex products, and the way in which she works. She turned the dry, reverse ombre bad coloring I had into my natural brown silky-smooth tresses. I was referred by a family member. I recommend her services and will definitely return.

Shout out to Ingrid for cultivating an amazing hair care experience! I went in with some anxieties knowing that I needed a hair cut after not properly taking care of my bleached hair and Ingrid made me feel more comfortable about my decision. She’s extremely knowledgeable on the proper care, techniques, products and just hair industry in general. Not to mention, I enjoyed our fun conversation, and feeling catered to the whole time. A cute little place with a fun, professional stylist. This was my first time in a long time going to a beauty salon and my first time EVER getting my hair cut as short as it did. The stylist was attentive but she also knew her stuff. She was open to talking things through with me. I left looking great and have received many compliments! Coils definitely poppin! lol

I had a 30 minute consultation with Ingrid to discuss my hair care needs. I was at least 2 years overdue for a cut, and I am in need of someone reliable for ongoing maintenance and the occasional style. I returned two weeks after my consult for the much needed cut, a steam condition treatment, and coil style. I appreciated the intimacy of Ingrid's space; being a sole client in a salon was a new and wonderful experience. Online scheduling is convenient and she has a range of times available for services. I write this three days after my appointment and I am still quite pleased with my hair and the overall experience.
