I have been going to Ana faithfully for almost 4 years and let me just say, SHE IS THE BEST! I am of mixed race and it is hard to find someone knowledgeable about my hair texture and FINENESS! She provides education and tips on how to grow and support your hair and she will refuse to do a service if it will damage the integrity of your hair! It is not about money for her but about the love of her community and the love of her doing hair PERIOD! Go and book with her TODAY!! I went to Ana for the first time today for just a bang trim. She was very welcoming and upon seeing my hair immediately noticed it needed reshaping from the previous haircut I received elsewhere. She gave me a great wash and cut, was thorough and time efficient as well. In addition, excellently priced, affordable and quality work. Looking forward to going back for future haircuts!

I liked her for a handful of cuts then she tried to charge me tax on a haircut. I'm thinking bc I was being picky this time. So it was an up charge. Also since it's a small studio when other clients come in that she enjoys talking to she will have a long conversation with them and is distracted. When you go to a salon it should feel like a spa day. She tried to say it's a new law. Not knowing that I that I help prepare sales tax returns for small companies. Just kind of weird to come up with a lie because she decided to charge me more.

Ana did an amazing job on my hair! I definitely will be back. She created a collaborative and friendly environment and I felt welcomed.
