10/10 experience Ladies come get your braids done by these kind ladies at Benay Hair Braiding. I got boho knotless braids(with extra hair, ordered from Amazon) back in January and these braids lasted me 8+ weeks. The ladies are so kind and gentle with my hair and I washed my hair multiple times with no slippage. Love them can’t wait to come back for my next style. Thank you Benay

Germaine and her crew does exceptional hair. Extremely knowledgeable in the latest trends and styles. She takes her time, but her expertise reflects in her work. Germaine is extremely kind and friendly. I've gotten my hair braided by her twice so far and both times I loved the results! I'd def recommend this salon to anyone looking for an experienced stylist in the charlotte area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Benay. Hair braiding. Germaine and the other Braiders were phenomenal. I unfortunately did not get the name of the young lady who did my braids but she was legit. She worked nonstopped and was very thorough and neat with my braids. I got exactly if not more than what I asked for. They were very accommodating and prices are beyond reasonable so I felt inclined to tip more. I definitely will be returning! Thank you ladies for my braids. I love them!

Let me start by saying, I absolutely loved getting my hair done here. My first few visits were nothing short of amazing. It was honestly a no brainer after getting my hair done here the first few times, but the last two times I’ve come, I have been extremely disappointed. The first 2 times I came, I was in and out in less than 5 fours (with the second time, me getting a takedown service & reinstall). The 3rd time, I got the same service and I was at the shop for over 12 hours (10am - 11pm), it was fine because I was not pressed for time and only Pierette was working on my hair (she is a phenomenal braider by the way). The 4th and final time was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I had mentioned to Ms. Benay that I needed to be out of the shop by 6pm & I asked if she could have tw
