I can’t recommend Cecilia enough! Her blowouts always come out perfect and she’s so sweet. She also did an amazing job on my color—it turned out perfect. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I’ll definitely keep coming back, and highly recommend going to her!

The best blow-dry I have received in Bend, hands down!! . I am very “professional” blow dry dependent due to a chronic hand condition. Cecelia listened to my needs, looked at the photo, and took her time to execute a perfect style. I am now a regular at her salon😎
