I always get a wax with Vivian and recently we tried the tint and wax, and she truly does such an amazing job! (The tint looks even better after the first wash) She takes the time to map out what she will do and even offers to fill them after. Love the above and beyond service!

i don't know anyone who works magic like Vivian! im VERY picky and precise about my eyebrows, Vivian is the only person i let touch them! she's very understanding and truly listens to YOU other than just assuming what fits your face. I did a wax+tint, I LOVEDD how the tint came out! it was a pretty quick process and definitely made me feel confident as someone who has very light eyebrow hairs! what your needs are, they will be met with Vivian. Always so worth the visit!🥰

Vivian does decent work, but I'll never come back again due to how unprofessional she is. Twice now she has wasted my time by being significantly late to my appointments (over 15 minutes) with no apology or warning and has been pushy about buying other Benefit products and preaching about how I should be living my life differently when she really knows nothing about me. She just makes me feel awkward when she does that and is hard to talk to. On two of the three visits I tried with her, she has stopped my service in the middle to pause and talk to her friends that also work at Macy's - including hugging other people when her hands are supposed to be sanitized to touch my face. I always get my brows done by Vivian, whether it is waxing or lamination I absolutely love my brows after my appointment. This was the first time i have ever done a brow tint and OMG! It makes them look fuller. Definitely gonna be adding that to my appointments in the future now.
