Laura has been waxing and tinting my brows for a few years. My daughter found her first and now I am hooked. She is meticulous and professional. She always makes sure I am satisfied with my color shade. She is so talented.

Laura did an amazing job on my brows. She listened to what I was looking for and explained how she would shape them based on my preferences. She was very thorough and my brows have never looked better! She was kind and fun to chat with.

Today I called the Benefit Browbar at Old Orchard with a few questions. I was looking for a particular product I can't seem to find. The Benefit customer service agent, LAURA, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I was truly touched by her kindness and expertise!! She took the time to look up where to find the product and then even helped me color match by phone the correct foundation shade! What a pro!!! Macy's/Benefit DEF has a great example of customer service in Laura. I highly recommend that location. What a great experience. Thank you Laura!!

This was my first bad experience with Benefits. I chose teeezing only on my reservation, but your beautician proceeded to start waxing my brows. I asked her to use brow pencil after the plucking, She then proceeded to tint my brows a black brown when my hair is dark blond ! My brows looked as if someone had smudged black soot on them. I had to go to my luncheon looking not only strange but almost on recognizable. I am requesting a refund for this terrible experience.
