She's incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the what and why, which instantly builds trust. Not only did my brows come out perfectly shaped, but the process was completely painless! She's warm, funny, and wicked bright. I felt totally at ease in her presence and left feeling like I had just spent time with an old friend. I also noticed and appreciated the diversity of her client— it says a lot about the inclusive and welcoming environment she creates.
