I just wanted to give a shout out to Jules & say how absolutely magnificent they are with their customer service. Whether helping me discover new products, showing how to properly apply products to get the most out of it, or even answering my questions about how to properly use new hair styling tools, they have never steered me wrong. I am so grateful that I bumped into them so many months ago. If I go into the store I usually try to look for them to try to get their opinion on an item for my skin before I buy.

Keegan threaded my eyebrows... I love eyebrow threading I just didn't trust anyone around here to do them. I told her I'd like them to be feminine, but do whatever she thinks fits my face best... And that's exactly what she did. In addition to the threading, I told her that I was thinking about tinting them. Although she would have made more money off of me by tinting them, she actually suggested that the color I had was good for my face and suggested to keep them as is. I want to note that in addition to my eyebrows looking really good, she didn't at all make me feel like shit for my lack of eyebrow maintenance. I am very very happy with how they look and I am very happy with her customer service skills.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about my service at the brow bar. Keegan is wildly professional, up beat and creates an inclusive comfortable space for me to be in. I’ve never let anyone but her service my brows!! Cannot say enough good things about her and her services! I had threading and a lamination done.

Keegan is an amazing Benefit Arch Expert! She loves what she does and you can tell in her work. She did a brow wax, tint and lamination on me and my brows look better than they ever have!

Keegan did an absolutely amazing job!!! Not only was she wonderful to work with, but she fixed my brows that were messed up from the place I had been to prior. Definitely going back to her!
