I had so much fun talking with Crystal not only did she do an amazing job she was very personable and someone that just makes your day feel a little lighter. We talked a lot about her life and many other things and it’s just not often anymore that you see people happy with their jobs and that want to help you feel comfortable and like you matter. She’s in school and I want to wish her the best for her future in this world. I know this is more than just a review about eye brows but I just think she’s an amazing person in general and I hope Ulta knows the diamond of an employee they have.

Gianni is a literal angel! She is so sweet and she knows her stuff. My eyebrows were looking super rough and I was terrified to try a new place/waxer but she put my worries to ease as soon as I sat down! Not only that but my eyebrows look better than they have in YEARS! I'd recommend this queen to anyone!! And I'll def be back! 😊

Gianni was fantastic! She was so bubbly and sweet and offered guidance on products for me afterwards also. It was my first time having a brow wax in 10+ years and she made me feel comfortable and at ease! Would absolutely recommend and I look forward to going back to see her soon!
