Jessica provides great service and is the only person I would let touch my eyebrows! She takes the time to educate the customer about different skincare tips and products, as well as thoroughly walking you through the appointment. Her esthetician expertise and warm energy make her a great addition to this Ulta team!

Jessica is the BEST!! Consistently perfect brows, both tinting and waxing. Takes the time to hear about what I want and figure out what works. And so sweet, to boot. I hope she never leaves—she’s a gem!

I’ve never been to the brow bar at an Ulta before and I was so blown away by how much I loved my brows (done by Jessica) at the end of the appointment. I thought I needed at least a tint but as soon as she finished my wax/clean up and shaping, I didn’t even need the tint it already looked great. Jessica was extremely meticulous and I could tell how much she truly cared about her clients. She was kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel extremely comfortable! I can’t wait to come back.

Jessica did a great job with my eyebrows! They were way overgrown and hadn’t been professionally done in years (I’d been doing them myself) but may have to change that, they look so good! She has a full consultation before waxing, to make sure you get the exact shape you’re looking for
